How we protect your data

You'll share real numbers about your business here. Here's how we keep them safe.

Your account is yours alone

Database rules make sure your account can only ever see its own assessment, roadmap, numbers and conversations. No other owner can see anything of yours.
Your password is stored scrambled (hashed), so no one, including us, can read it.
Our team only looks at your account to help you when you ask, or to keep the service running. We never sell or share your information.

Everything is encrypted while it travels between your device and our servers, and encrypted again where it's stored (AES-256, the same standard banks use).
Your data is kept with Supabase, a database provider that holds SOC 2 Type 2 certification, an independent audit of its security.

Your advisor runs on Claude, made by Anthropic. Under Anthropic's business terms, what you share is never used to train their AI models, and they delete it from their systems within 30 days (longer only if their safety systems flag something).
To find the right VLP material for your questions, we use Voyage AI. We've opted out of their data collection, so they don't store your questions or use them for training.
If you use voice typing, your browser turns your speech into text (Google in Chrome, Microsoft in Edge, Apple in Safari). We never record or keep your audio.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never touches our servers.
Reminders and session recaps from your advisor never include your financial numbers. Those stay inside the app.

You decide what to share, and anything you share is only used to advise you better.
Your Client File shows everything your advisor keeps on file about you. You can see, fix or delete any of it at any time.
